DIGITIAL TRANSFORMATION PUBLIC SERVICE IN INDONESIA
The Indonesian government's public service system is characterized by a centralized top-down monopoly model. A functional, centralized, and integrated public service model is simply a form of delegation of authority from the central government to related public service institutions without involving the community, particularly in terms of interactions and transactions between the government and the community that are free of cost, time, and space constraints, as well as the choice of type and service facilities. Thus, it is time for the government to improve the quality of public services through policy reformulation that can meet the increasing demands of changing times, as well as the development of more strategic facilities and infrastructure, such as implementing E-Government as an effort to facilitate interaction between government and society, which we believe is a critical component of the ideal public service model.
